With thirty years of program evaluation, business and marketing experience serving power utilities and high technology industries, Caroline has extensive measurement evaluation, project planning, business management and strategic planning experiences to assist clients assessing market opportunities, competitive challenges, and then develop the plan for action. She is skilled in using data to orient the tactical plan for implementation, then designing measurement plan to monitor results and to provide timely feedback. She is a comprehensive womb-to-tomb program/product marketing and management professional, with a particular strength in project and team management.
Since 2005, Caroline has successfully completed numerous Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) projects for California Investor Owned Utilities to support statewide programs and initiatives in the following program and customer arenas: Lighting, Residential/Behavior, Workforce Education and Training, and Finance Programs. She is currently providing M&E support service to Southern California Investor Owned Utilities and providing support for program/pilot design and data collection initiatives.
